By accessing or using the Advogado Binnall client portal, website, or SMS notification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Client Portal Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Communications
By creating a portal account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, in-app notifications, and SMS messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You may adjust your communication preferences at any time from your profile settings.
SMS Terms
- By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Advogado Binnall LLC regarding your legal matter, including case status updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and billing notifications.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of legal services.
- To opt out, reply "STOP" to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
- For help or support, reply "HELP" or email jacob@advogadobinnall.com.
- Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply.

Use of this website and client portal does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal representation begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Any information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
